Terms of Service — Softcore Future

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://softcorefuture.com (the "Site"), purchasing any digital product, or subscribing to Softcore Future Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase any products or memberships. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All digital products sold on Softcore Future — including but not limited to e-books, PDFs, audiobooks, prompt packs, and downloadable files — are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or made accessible.

Exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion in cases where a product was not delivered due to a technical error on our part. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.

4. Pro Membership — Subscription Terms

Softcore Future Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Whop) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that date.
No pro-rated refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Price changes:We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, access to Pro features may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, digital products, course materials, prompts, code examples, and articles — is the exclusive property of Softcore Future and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchasing a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the content for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any product or content
Share login credentials or purchased downloads with third parties
Use our content to train AI models or for automated scraping
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
Create derivative works for commercial distribution without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Acceptable Use

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Information and content provided on the Site — including AI tool recommendations, pricing data, and market statistics — is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Softcore Future and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Loss of data or damage to systems
Errors or inaccuracies in content

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Softcore Future in the 12 months preceding the claim.
